Hudson Light Offers Appliance Rebate

	Hudson Light's residential appliance rebate program is offered throughout the year. In order to ensure that funds are distributed fairly, the most energy-efficient use of appliances is promoted and in keeping with industry standards, the following guidelines are followed:
Application for the rebate must be made within one month of delivery of the appliance. Rebates are limited to $100 per year and for residential accounts only. Appliances must be EnergyStar-rated.
How does the program work? It is quite simple. Purchase a qualifying appliance and supply our Office with an original sales receipt and a copy of the yellow Energy Guide showing the Energy Star label. Make sure to apply quickly, the application becomes void 30 days after deliver of the appliance. Make sure your appliance is 2008 compliance.
If your appliance qualifies, then we will notify you and credit your next bill with 10% of the appliance price or $50, whichever is less. There is a maximum of $100 per calendar year.
