If you need help . . .

Payment Plans
If you are having payment difficulties, please do not hesitate to call us.  We offer payment arrangements to residential customers with past due balances. To establish a payment plan on your account, please contact our Main Office at 978-568-8736. A representative will work with you to establish a plan to address the overdue balance on your account.

Good Neighbor Energy Fund
This is a state-wide fund managed by The Salvation Army. The Good Neighbor Energy Fund helps customers who may not qualify for other means of assistance. For more information, visit the Good Neighbor Energy Fund website or call the Salvation Army at 1-800-334-3047.

Energy Bucks
Energy Bucks helps eligible Massachusetts customers with fuel assistance and efficiency services. For more information, visit www.energybucks.com or call 1-866-537-7267.

South Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC)
SMOC's Fuel Assistance program helps eligible customers with their winter heating bills. Also known as the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), the program can provide financial assistance to income eligible applicants. Financial Hardship Statements
If you have a qualifying financial hardship, you may be eligible for certain protections under the regulations of the State Department of Public Utilities (DPU).  To learn about these protections, visit the DPU website.  Download Financial Statements here.

Anonymous Gifts
If you would like to help a specific Hudson Light customer, you can make an acknowledged or anonymous donation to an account.  Hudson Light will send the recipient a letter informing them of the donation.

Good Neighbor Energy Fund
