Security deposits are required to protect all customers from large outstanding balances when people leave the system. New customers who have proof of ownership of the property are not required to pay a deposit.   

Deposits earn interest annually.  Residential deposits are refunded in February after two years of a good credit record of no late payments. In all other cases, the deposit is applied to the final bill.  After one year of service of no late payments, customers may petition for a reduction in the deposit if their average is lower than the deposit on file.  The Department reserves the right to reserve and increase all deposits that do not meet the minimum requirement.

• Residential Rate 1.....Estimated Three-Month Bill with a minimum of $300.00
• Residential  Rate 6....Estimated Three-Month Bill with a minimum of $400.00
• Residential  Rate 7....Estimated Three-Month Bill with a minimum of.$550.00
• General/Commercial...........Estimated Three-Month Bill
• Condominium Association/Non-Residential...........Estimated Two-Month Bill
